1. A fee of $10.00 for the first sheet and $10.00 for each additional sheet for filing survey maps that meet the requirements of ORS 209.250.

2. A fee of $120.00 plus $20.00 per lot for review and approval of subdivision plats as required by ORS 92.100 (2) with an additional $100.00 fee for each subsequent review of the same plat.

3. A fee of $120.00 plus $20.00 per parcel for review and approval of land partition plats as required by ORS 92.100 (3) with an additional $100.00 fee for each subsequent review of the same plat.

4. A fee of $120.00 plus $20.00 per unit for review and approval of condominium plats as required by ORS 100.115 (5) (a) to (c) with an additional $100.00 fee for each subsequent review of the same plat.

5. A fee of $5.00 per corner report for checking and filing Public Land Corner Reports in accordance with ORS 209.250 (9).
